We got a room with bidet. All of the staff was helpful and amicable.

The hotel was a great base for enjoying a peaceful area, just next door to the main attractions of the city, particularly the Arena. We stayed at the huge room with a fridge, balcony, plus a private bathroom. - the location was magnificent and favorable, just a short stroll away from Piazza Bra.

I was happy with hotel's marvellous and magnificent location very close to the centre. The staff were all supper friendly, excellent. The room was reasonably spacious and gorgeous, with comfy bed and a shower, hair dryers, and a bidet in the bathroom. Appreciated views over street.

our recent stay in verona was even better than before - l'opera rooms exceeded our expectations. the location was perfect, being just a few minutes walk from the coliseum and close to a supermarket. the room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with great attention to detail. the staff was friendly, helpful, and made us feel at home. highly recommended!

The hotel is an ideal base for enjoying a quiet area, not far from the arena, town center, Arena di Verona, and Piazza Bra. They have Hearing Accessible rooms with a balcony and a coffee machine. - the central location is a plus; everyone is welcome here.

The room was beautifully refurbished and the bathroom, although separate, was spacious and clean. The shower pressure was excellent, and I particularly enjoyed the breakfast served in the room each morning.

I had a blast searching for the main door, it was like a treasure hunt! And the breakfasts were so continental, I felt like I was traveling the world one croissant at a time.

Oh, and the shower jets. apparently they thought I needed a personal car wash in there.

Location is superb! Breakfast was excellent! Strong Wi-Fi. Squeaky clean! Great room size! Everything is new and done with love! The owner went out of his way to make our stay comfortable! Fresh fruits in the room. Yogurt, juice, and water in the fridge. Coffee, tea, and candies available 24/7. I had a blast exploring Terme di Giunone and Parco Natura Viva. The daily continental breakfast at the accommodation was a delightful surprise.

Oh, how I loved having to drag all my luggage to check-in and make sure even the kids were present. So convenient!
